Delete your personal account
Personal account deletion is different from canceling a subscription or closing a clinic.
Before deletion
If you own a clinic with a subscription or other assigned seats, transfer ownership or arrange clinic closure first. Deleting a Member or Admin account must not delete the clinic or colleagues’ accounts.
Delete the personal account
- Open Account settings → Security → Delete my account.
- Review the consequences, enter your current password and type DELETE.
- Confirm deletion.
Current clinic owners must transfer ownership or arrange clinic closure first. Records retained under the Privacy Policy are handled separately. Contact support if you need clarification about your data.
