Cancel a trial or subscription

1. Open Subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
2. Review the access end date.
3. Optionally choose a reason or leave a comment.
4. Confirm cancellation and wait for the confirmed result.

Feedback is optional. A feedback-save error does not reverse a successful cancellation.

For a trial, cancellation prevents the first subscription charge and access continues until the original trial end. For a paid subscription, access continues through the paid-through date. Cancellation does not delete your account or clinic and does not automatically refund an earlier payment.

Before access ends, choose Keep subscription to undo a scheduled cancellation. After expiry, review and purchase paid access again. Reactivating does not create a new trial.
