Deleting your clinic permanently removes its data and ends access for everyone on your team.

Need a copy of your data? Contact support before requesting deletion. You can also download your invoices from billing.

Some records are retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.

The clinic Owner can contact support to request deletion. Support will confirm the details with you before your clinic is deleted. Once deletion is complete, it cannot be undone.
