Getting started
Sign in or finish an unfinished setup
Return to your existing account without repeating completed setup steps.
If your account is ready
Choose Sign in and enter your email and password. You will go to your workspace, or the appropriate subscription recovery screen if clinic access has ended.
If you never created a password
Choose Finish setting up your account to request a secure email link. It takes you to the next unfinished step. A verified account does not need to verify its email again.
If you forgot your password
Choose Forgot password and request a reset link. Creating a second account is not necessary.
Return to the app or your settings
The Help Center stays available without signing in. Use Open app to return to consultations, or Account settings to manage your account. If you’re signed out, sign in first and we’ll return you to the page you chose. Unfinished setup resumes at the next required step; paused accounts keep access to settings, billing and support.
Signing out returns you to the public landing page. You don’t need to revisit the landing page while you’re signed in.
