Reset or change your password
Recover a forgotten password or update the one you use now.
Reset a forgotten password
- On Sign in, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your account email and request a reset link.
- Open the email, choose a new password and confirm it.
- Return to Sign in with your new password.
Change a password you know
Open Account settings → Security. Confirm your current password, then enter and confirm the new one. Use at least 12 characters.
If the link no longer works
Request a fresh reset link and use the latest email. Your password changes only when saving the new password succeeds.
