Update your payment method
Change the card used for the clinic’s subscription payments.
Save a new card
- Open Subscription and choose Update payment method.
- In secure Stripe billing, enter and save the new payment details.
- Return to Subscription and refresh billing status to check the result.
If a payment is outstanding
Saving a card does not itself settle an existing balance. Review an open invoice in Stripe billing and complete any required payment or bank verification. Consultations resume only after payment is confirmed.
For Members and Admins
The clinic Owner manages payment details. Use Contact clinic owner if your access is paused.
