Join a clinic from an invitation
Use the private invitation link shared by your clinic to join with your own login.
Accept the invitation
- Open the invitation link shared by your clinic.
- If you are new, enter your first and last name and invited email, verify the email, then create your password.
- If you already have an account, sign in using the invited email.
- Confirm joining the clinic.
Your login is your own. Access is covered by the clinic’s subscription; no separate card or trial is required.
If the link cannot be used
For an expired or revoked invite, ask for a new one. If signed in with the wrong email, switch accounts. If the seat is no longer available, ask the clinic Owner or Admin to review it.
Already in another clinic
Contact support before joining a different clinic. Your current clinic and subscription remain unchanged; accepting a new invite does not automatically move your account.
