Change your plan or purchased seats

1. Open Subscription and choose the plan, billing interval and any extra Clinic seats.
2. Choose Review change.
3. Check the new recurring total, amount due today and effective date.
4. If the new plan has fewer seats than your active colleagues and pending invites, remove assignments or cancel invites in Team first.
5. Confirm only when the details are correct.

An immediate upgrade can include a charge for the remaining billing period. Capacity changes after confirmation and any required payment. A scheduled reduction leaves the current plan available until the effective date; unselected members lose clinic access at that time.

A trial upgrade does not start a new trial or change its original end. Review the price that will apply when paid billing starts.
