Help & guides

A practical guide to your consultation workspace.

A suggested consultation flow

An optional way to use the workspace; adapt it to your consultation.

  1. Mark reported symptoms

Open Symptoms → Mark symptoms. Tap an area, choose the side and sensation, and add other areas as needed. Marking switches to the skeleton view.

  2. Choose levels to explain

Use Discs or Vertebrae in Spinal levels. Tap again to deselect; use Clear all to clear the selection. Review any levels highlighted from symptom locations with the patient’s clinical context.

  3. Explain the anatomy

Choose a Body view, then toggle Nerves, Numbness & tingling, Pain points and Labels. Use the layers that help explain this consultation.

  4. Add an X-ray if useful

Choose Add X-ray, upload the image, and use its drawing controls to annotate what you are discussing.

  5. Create a visit summary

Choose Add to summary for each view you want to keep. Open Visit summary to review the pictures, add notes and print or download.

Move the anatomy

Drag left or right to rotate; up or down to move when zoomed in. Scroll to zoom, or pinch on a touchscreen. Use Front, Back, Oblique or Side where available, and the circular reset button to restore the view.

Understand the markers

Blue diamonds are patient-reported symptoms. Animated pain points are possible-pain teaching examples. Sensory patches are reference landmarks, not complete pain maps. A highlight does not establish a diagnosis.

How to

Select discs and vertebrae

Use the Discs / Vertebrae tabs in Spinal levels. Multiple levels can be selected. The selected count opens the list, where you can emphasize or remove a level. Clear all clears the selection. Collapse Spinal levels to make room for Symptoms.

Move and frame the body

Drag horizontally to rotate and vertically to pan when enlarged. Scroll or pinch to zoom. The spine has its own controls. Front / Back set body orientation; Oblique / Side set spine orientation. Reset restores the view. Layers keep your camera position.

Mark symptoms

Choose Mark symptoms, tap the body and select the side and sensation. Add more locations, select a saved mark to edit it, remove individual marks or use Clear symptoms. Choose Done marking to return to exploring. Location-based level highlights are teaching references, not a diagnosis.

Choose layers and labels

Body view offers Split, Skeleton, Muscles and Organs. Toggle Nerves, Numbness & tingling, Pain points and Labels independently. Animation controls contain direction, playback, speed, nerve color and pain size. Collapse sections you are not using.

Work with an X-ray

Add X-ray opens the image picker. Use the image’s annotation tools to draw and adjust your markings. Hide image temporarily to recover workspace space. Uploaded patient images stay local in this workflow; do not include patient information in the Contact form.

Explore disc conditions

Choose Menu → Disc conditions. Select a condition, switch between the available views, and use Compare with normal when helpful. These are illustrative examples, not a reading of the uploaded X-ray or inevitable stages of disease.

Create a visit summary

Add to summary saves a view for the current consultation, including an uploaded X-ray and annotations. Visit summary lets you review saved views, remove unwanted ones and add notes beside the pictures before printing or downloading. New consultation clears the current workspace and summary, so export what you need first.

Keyboard & touch

Tab moves between controls. Enter or Space activates a focused button. With the body or spine focused, ← and → rotate it. Esc closes a dialog or menu.

On a touchscreen, drag with one finger and pinch with two fingers to zoom. Buttons also provide preset orientations and reset.
